I started my massage therapy career in 2014  after feeling a need to pivot my professional life back to the wellness industry in 2016. Having always enjoyed sports, I decided early on to choose a career that would help people maintain their physical and mental health through massage therapy.

To me, massage therapy is a form of art that combines communication skills, anatomical and physiological knowledge, and awareness to produce the desired outcome for each individual.

I have treated a wide variety of clients, from regular clientele from all walks of life to professional athletes.

My goal when treating a client is to prime one's body and mind to the next challenge, this can come in form of either a supportive touch treatment or a thorough therapeutic massage.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist with 2200 hours program as well as many continuing Education courses:

  • Therapeutic massage
  • Deep tissue
  • Lymph drainage
  • Relaxation massage
  • Myofascial cupping
  • Prenatal massage
